Please allow slight variation in size and weight due to each and every piece being hand made.

International shipping not available at this time, but is on my list so please check back.

Retail

Items listed on this website are an exact picture of the item you will receive. In catalog or custom order situations, many of the items are made to order so please allow up to 5 days (10 during holidays) for the item to be made and posted to you. If you desire any other shipping dates please notify me and i will do my best to accommodate your request. All payments are processed & secured through Paypal, $6 flat rate (insured up to $100) ground shipping via UPS, $1 per additional item. Payment is due at time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. Items will not ship until payment clears.

Retail returns

Please contact me  immediately via writing for any returns. Items damaged or missing due to UPS delivery, since these items are insured a claim will be filed. If you are unsatisfied i will replace or refund the item less the shipping charges. If there are any defects upon receipt i will replace or refund once i have received the item back.

Wholesale

Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for orders to be made and shipped. If you desire any other shipping dates please let me know and i will do my best to accommodate your request. All wholesale orders are to be prepaid in full before shipping. All orders will be shipped UPS for a $25 flat fee. Or if you are in the Portland area we will hand deliver for free. Wholesale minimum order is $500.

Wholesale returns

I must be contacted in writing via email within 5 days of receipt regarding any claims of shortage, order concerns or defects. Defective items must be returned for inspection and will be replaced within 30 days. Items returned for any other reason than stated above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
